Thank you for your interest in K. Yolanda Turnquest Photography services. I would love to speak with you one-on-one to better understand your individual needs and preferences. Once you choose your preferred package, a service contract is prepared that must be returned with your initial (non-refundable) deposit of 50% with the remaining portion due at the end of the shoot on the same day. Please note that bookings are only solidified after the initial deposit is made regardless of whether your signed contract is returned or not.
We offer two standard package options with each type of session (excluding Intimate Vow Renewals) that we provide. You may choose from 30 minutes or 60 minutes session times. Should you require more time than the standard time, please let us know so that we can provide you with a customized package. Each package includes a finished gallery containing high-resolution images with an easy download and print ordering feature.
After the session, you will receive an email with a link to view and select your favorite images uploaded to your private online gallery. After you have made your selection from your package amount, you may also choose additional images at $25 each to be included in your final retouched gallery. All add-ons and additional images must be paid for in advance. Once the editing is complete, your final retouched images are uploaded and will be made available for download using a pin number.
We've taken the pain and guesswork out of printing your beautiful images by adding a feature right within your gallery. Simply click on the small shopping cart icon on each photo that you would like printed and choose the respective sizes and mediums or select a predesigned print package for an even easier process.
There are several easy and convenient payment options to make your booking processes as stress free as possible. You can pay via Zelle, Venmo, Visa or Mastercard, Bank of America (direct deposit), FCIBC (First Caribbean International Bank) or Commonwealth Bank transfer.
I am based in Nassau, The Bahamas and I do love to travel! Currently accepting bookings on the family islands as well. Travel expenses and accommodations are not inclusive of price.
You will receive an online gallery link with all your proofs within 24 hours of your session. Your finished gallery is likely to be ready within about 72 hours or less, depending on your initial response time.
This number differs depending on the type of session you book. Singles & Couples shoots start from 10 retouched digitals. Children & Family shoots start at 14 retouched digitals and Weddings start at 45 retouched digitals per hour.
It is imperative that you arrive at your session in time as this is an appointment only service. If you are running late or feel as if you will not make it in time, please make a courtesy call and let me know. There are no late penalties. However, your session time will not be extended and shooting will commence during the remainder of the appointment time.
If you fail to notify me before hand that you are running late (30 minutes) or decide to cancel on the day of your shoot or up to 3 days before your booking date, your deposit will not be refunded.
